No two days are quite the same as a Warehouse Team Leader, and the role involves;

• Leading a team of warehouse operatives
• Oversee all aspects of the day to day offload, put away and pick processes (which includes responsibility for stock quality and integrity)
• Regular client and supplier contact
• Completion of various business KPI’s
• Strict adherence to health and safety regulations and processes
• Good housekeeping and quality standards
• Great people leadership
• Checking work quality
• Improving team performance through training and coaching

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will need to be capable of working in a changing environment with the additional pressure to deliver on time every day.

As well as having experience in leading warehouse operatives, you must be well organised, have an eye for detail, be able to communicate effectively and influence people, as well as the capacity to take a common-sense approach to a situation.

Package Description

•       Basic hourly rate of £11.26
