Role Responsibility

We specialise in delivering the big and bulky stuff, so the items you can expect to work with will include fridges, TV’s and sofas! Our warehouses are busy environments, but you will have a team of fabulous colleagues around supporting you every day!

No two days are quite the same, and this role involves leading a team of warehouse operatives through:

• All aspects of the day to day offload, put away and pick processes (which includes responsibility for stock quality and integrity)
• Regular client and supplier contact
• Completion of various business KPI’s
• Strict adherence to health and safety regulations and processes
• Good housekeeping and quality standards
• Great people leadership.

• Carryout pre shift brief with your team
• Send reports to depot management regarding shift performance or to raise issues

Working hours

40 hours per week, over 5 days.

The Ideal Candidate

It would be ideal if you’ve got experience in supervising warehouse operations and people management.

You should be able to use a computer as you will need to use our warehouse management systems – however system specific training will also be provided.

Key skills

• Experience managing teams of operational staff
• Able to create, develop and improve warehouse KPI’s
• Excellent communicator and positive attitude
• Understanding of Health and Safety

Package Description

•       Basic hourly rate of £11.26
