Various IT CRM Developer Roles

Job Introduction
ArrowXL has a number of new CRM roles which we are now recruiting. Today our Rapid-RFP for a new CRM solution was issued to a range of Gartner Magic Quadrant providers and the selection of our new solution will be made by the end of May. As a result, we are currently seeking to fill a number of new positions in preparation for this new venture.
The roles include:
- Supporting, configuring and developing our existing .Net, MS SQL, Cloud based (MS Azure) CRM solution
- Workflow configuration to align with continuously evolving business processes
- Establishment of application alerting and monitoring (APIs in particular) using CheckMK
- Opportunities for junior, mid-level and more senior candidates ranging from Service Desk Support Analyst roles through to Solution Architect
- Being part of the project team which is tasked with implementing our new SaaS CRM and Unified Communications solutions
- Developing solutions to enable a smooth migration from the existing platform to our new solutions
- Transforming our customer journey to a truly omni-channel and digitally based experience
- Own changes through to implementation
- Use of application specific proprietary report writer
