Quite often these items need installing, which we do too.

ArrowXL is now recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Transport function in Enfield, who will help ensure our Delivery Crews are ready to start their day and offer a seamless delivery service to our valued customers.

Role Responsibility

In this role you will have responsibility for;

• Leading a team of hardworking drivers and drivers’ mates and ensure that our customers always receive the best quality service 
• Motivating your team of skilled service delivery crews, coaching, and developing those that need further support
• Identifying opportunities for improved efficiencies within the Transport function, recommending and implementing changes where needed
• Ensuring your team of drivers and drivers’ mates are fully trained in all areas (in particular driver CPC, service delivery standards and product installation)
• Making prompt decisions which protect customer service and our delivery schedule, as well as remaining commercially focused
• Managing on-site resources (colleagues, vehicles and equipment) to ensure we have everything required in the right place at the right time to not only meet, but also flex, to our customers changing needs

The Ideal Candidate

With the amount of applications expected for this position, we will only be able to proceed forward with candidates who match our essential requirements stated below:

• At least 1 years’ experience working within transport
• Demonstrable experience improving transport operations
• Experience of leading/coaching teams
• Strong people skills – with the ablility to influence, coach and develop
• Possess a good knowledge of Road Transport Regulations
• Full UK driving licence

Package Description

Additional Information:

• 40 hours per week on a 5/7 rota
• Working hours – 05:00 to 13:30
• Basic hourly rate of £11.91
