Our dedicated warehouse teams are the unsung (and unseen) heroes who work behind the scenes every day handling every product with care as if it was their own.

We are currently recruiting for a Stock Integrity and Audit First Line Manager who will have overall responsibility for stock within our warehouse solutions operation, ensuring our clients/customers receive the best quality service always. 

Role Responsibility

ArrowXL operate within an ever-evolving, fast moving industry and due to our ambitious growth, there is a constant dynamic for positive change.

It is essential that we have the right stock, in the right place and in perfect condition when we need it. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for;

• Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies, customer requests and stock amendments in a timely and accurate manner, whilst adhering to operational processes and procedures
• Managing warehouse management systems (we use Red Prairie) ensuring 100% stock accuracy and system alignment
• Ensuring high duty of care for customer product, ensuring no damage occurs during movement
• Leading our audit team, allocating work and producing KPI reports
• Managing DOPs & Incompletes
• Creating and updating locations within the warehouse
• Managing special deliveries and stock adjustment requests
• Managing non-scans/client issues
• Managing AUDIT & Q-DEBRIEF locations daily

The Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will come from a distribution background and will have significant experience in stock management and leading small teams.

You must be competent using various stock, customer service and warehouse systems as this role requires working across many systems and with multiple stakeholders.

You will be also be able to demonstrate the ability to see through issues to completion and have an eye for detail to be able to investigate issues, both systemically and through their team to see through to completion.

Package Description

•       Basic hourly rate of £13.99
