Most of our work is storing and delivering large, heavy bulky items, the type of work that typically needs two people to handle. Quite often these items need installing – which we do too.

ArrowXL are excited to announce that we’re now recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to join the In-House Recruitment team and support our busy network. Due to an internal promotion, we are now looking for a motivated, hands on and organised recruiter to join the team and support with our recruitment activity across the UK.

Role Responsibility

  • Daily management of the ATS system (Advertising, shortlisting, Interview requests, Offers and onboarding)
  • Establish key operational relationships with numerous Line Managers across the UK, understanding their recruitment requirements/challenges and supporting them through the end to end Recruitment process.
  • Collation of right to work documentation and issuing of contracts and new starter paperwork
  • Management of the DBS process (Issuing DBS, verification of DBS and analytical reporting)
  • Providing support to the wider people team (Payroll and Training) with the onboarding of new starters
  • Provide analytical reports on all operational recruitment activity and support with data for the weekly people updates
  • Support on all Recruitment projects and campaigns through our seasonal activity plan
  • Continually maintain and update our systems/spreadsheets and further improve our ways of working
  • General administration duties to support the People Service team  

The Ideal Candidate

With the number of applications expected for this position, we will only be able to proceed forward with candidates who match our essential requirements stated below:

  • A minimum of two years recruitment experience (In-House or agency) 
  • Recruitment systems and process knowledge (ATS Management)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • First class attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
  • The ability to manage conflicting priorities with excellent time management skills
  • People person – wants to help and support the team to get the job done
  • Self-starter- always looking for ways to improve our processes
  • Professional and confidential individual
