Network Analyst – Worcester
Job Introduction
Network Analyst – Worcester – £37,000 plus great benefits
Full-time – Monday to Friday 0830 till 1700
This role is all about keeping our delivery operation running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll own delivery scheduling and capacity planning, using data and demand trends to make sure the right resources are in the right place at the right time. From managing order flow through to completed delivery, you’ll spot issues early, resolve bottlenecks, and work closely with operations, transport, and customer service teams to protect service levels for our customers.
We’re looking for someone practical, analytical, and organised, with experience in logistics, transport planning, or delivery operations. You’ll be confident using Excel, comfortable working at pace, and able to juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail. Strong communication is key — you’ll work cross‑functionally and take ownership of problems, not pass them on. Experience with forecasting or demand planning is a bonus, but a commitment to improving efficiency and doing things the right way matters most.
If you're ready to make a difference in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect next step in your career. For a confidential chat, reach out to danny.colbert@arrowxl.co.uk — or apply today!
