National Compliance Manager

ArrowXL are excited to announce that we’re now recruiting for a National Compliance Manager to join the team based from our Wigan Support Centre. Reporting into the Head of Risk you will play a pivotal role in the end to end management process ensuring compliance and alignment with all agreements whilst mitigating any risks to the business.

Role Responsibility

Reporting into our Head of Risk, you will lead and facilitate improvement initiatives from start to finish in order to maintain Audit and compliance standards across ArrowXL, identifying any vulnerabilities and needs.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Develop relevant KPI’s in regard to operational performance and review to recommend improvements.
  • Implement an audit schedule which covers internal and external requirements and manage the audit process nationally across the business.
  • Carry out audits on current teams and processes to ensure product is handled in-line with our agreements
  • Provide monthly reports highlighting levels of compliance and any operational risk
  • Agree and manage follow up audits to identify common errors, training requirements and good practice.
  • Proactively use data to identify root cause analysis and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Manage and report on all internal and external operational compliance audits.
  • Effectively lead and manage a team and communicate clearly so that all direct reports are aware of their objectives and the standards required.

The Ideal Candidate

Performing regular audits, designing control systems and implementing company policies, this role will suit someone who is hungry to take on their next challenge within Operational Compliance.

You will also need to match our essential requirements stated below:

  • Experience/knowledge of working in a Compliance and or Audit role
  • Experience of working in Warehousing, Logistics or Distribution 
  • Full UK driving licence (National coverage across the UK)

Package Description

  • An annual salary of £36,000
  • A Company Car or a £5,500 Car Allowance
