IT Service Delivery Analyst

Job Introduction

Our Clients and Customers are at the heart of everything we do which is why our motto is to ‘make them feel special’. As a member of our IT and Transformation Department, you’ll be an important cog in ensuring our IT systems are working as effectively and efficiently as possible.  

Role Responsibility

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing basic computer configuration, including initial support and training
  • Asset management including laptops and mobile phones. Maintaining records, cost reports and escalating any usage exceptions
  • Oversee the IT support queue ensuring all queries are effectively managed
  • Day to day engagement with technical partners
  • Provide telephony (skype for business) support across all sites
  • SharePoint support and administration
  • Data cable patching within our IT comms cabinets
  • Managing user access required to IT applications

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you should be self-motivated, pragmatic with the ability to build great working relationships. You should have experience with Windows 10 and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

Whilst your home location will be Wigan, on occasion you may be required to travel to another site to provide support, therefore you should hold a full UK drivers licence.

You’ll be working in our Wigan Support Centre which is full of wonderful colleagues from different departments, so you’ll be able to collaborate with some great people.

You’ll also see our wonderful Executive Team most days, including our CEO who will always pop in to say hello!
