IT Onboarding Analyst – Wigan (WN5) – 6 Month fixed term contract

We are currently on the look-out for a Client Support Analyst who will provide technical support to our clients, regarding IT Integration with ArrowXL.
Role Responsibility
Working closely with our dedicated Client On-boarding and IT team you will liaise with clients providing technical knowledge and assistance, ensuring the best fit solutions are presented to them.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Provide technical support to Clients; advising on the operation of our core IT systems and how these may be used to support their needs.
- Setup and configuration of new clients
- Undertake 2nd line support activity - diagnosing and resolving client issues with configurations and erroneous transactions for clients using any of the ArrowXL systems.
- Engage with clients integrating with ArrowXL regarding the creation of data to the ArrowXL specification (API/sFTP/EDI etc.), create relevant files for warehousing and provide assistance with printer setup for creating labels.
- Test Client/Arrow data, SFTP transfers and API processing and client labels.
- Troubleshoot problems with ArrowXL systems where Clients/Operation report issues such as: label scanning, order tracking and accessing client portals.
- Liaise with clients, account managers and internal stake holders frequently to ensure processes are running smoothly and address any issues.
- Enhance and keep up-to-date processes around Client Management Data.
- As required by the business, provide relevant reports for the Operation and Exec team.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will need experience providing IT support with the ability to deliver diagnosis and resolution of issues, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or a Parcel business.
You will also need the following experience
- Supporting Microsoft Windows based PC's and Microsoft Office applications
- Data Mapping and Analysis
- Presentation and end-user training skills
- Skills in the following is essential: Microsoft Office (particularly Microsoft Excel), Word, Project & Visio
Experience with the following would be desirable
- PL/SQL and T/SQL
- Webservice
- XML
- EDI
- Process Mapping
