Job Introduction

We are currently on the lookout for Fleet Compliance Controller to join the team and play a major part in ensuring ArrowXL have the ‘right’ fleet in place to deliver on our customer promises – always!

Role Responsibility

Our Clients and Customers are at the heart of everything we do which is why our motto is to ‘make them feel special’. Reporting to the National Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for;

• Ensuring maximum availability of fleet for operational teams by managing on-site VOR and repairs to the minimum number of days off road
• Ensuring all vehicle accidents are accurately recorded and investigated with claim forms submitted
• Co-ordinating a small team of administrators
• Ensuring damage assessments and estimates are checked and challenged
• Processing and coordinating third party repair requests and invoices
• Working with sites to manage the ongoing service and maintenance schedules
• Maintaining records in line with DVSA requirements
• Managing the fleet database and always ensure its accuracy
• Monitoring and updating the Motor Insurance database
• Managing the processes for obtaining damage estimates and the carrying out of repairs
• Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements
• Raising & receipting purchase order requests
• Creating & managing general report packs
• Developing strong working relationships with Transport colleagues and managers to ensure operational needs are understood
• To deal with day-to-day queries relating to Fleet both internally and externally

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will need experience of working within a fleet/transport team, have Knowledge of DVSA compliance and understand road transport laws.

Package Description

•      An annual salary up to £30,000 depending on experience.
