Job Introduction

We are currently on the lookout for Fleet Administrator to join the team and play a major part in ensuring ArrowXL have the ‘right’ fleet in place to deliver on our customer promises – always!

Role Responsibility

ArrowXL operate within an ever-evolving, fast moving industry and due to our ambitious growth, there is a constant dynamic for positive change.

Supporting the Fleet Compliance Controller, your responsibilities would include:

• Communicating with other AXL depots and managing their requests
• Updating systems and records
• Preparation of information for fleet performance reporting

• Raising purchase order numbers for invoices
• Updating the Motor Insurance Database (MID)
• Updating of Operator Licence
• Posting of documents, fuel cards and operator licence discs
• Fuel card management – ordering/cancelling etc.
• Liaising with suppliers regarding account queries
• Parts stock ordering
• Compilation of information for Fleet Management Reporting pack

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will need experience of working within an administrative role before, ideally within transport/fleet.

Key Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Strong eye for detail
• Able to act in a professional manner and maintain confidentiality at all times
• Microsoft excel knowledge

Package Description

·       An annual salary up to £22,000 depending on experience.
