Job Introduction

We have opportunities for 7.5 tonne drivers to join our valued 2-person platinum delivery crews, in a role that’s more than just driving. We are also looking for colleagues who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service along with the willingness to work together and deliver for our customers.

Working as part of our 2-person platinum delivery crews is not for the faint hearted; we deliver large (and sometimes heavy) items, but if you enjoy working on the road where no 2 days are the same, you will love being a part of the ArrowXL family.

Role Responsibility

• Delivering a GREAT customer experience all day every day (even if your day hasn’t gone to plan) 
• Delivering customer’s products, on time
• Work in partnership with your “drivers’ mate” to place the customer’s order in the room of choice
• Ensuring that packaging and all goods are not damaged in any way 
• Assemble and/or install the product  
• Resolving customer issues and finding creative solutions 
• Work in partnership with other departments in ArrowXL

Working hours;

• 45 hours per week, over 4 days (we do not currently deliver on a Sunday)

The Ideal Candidate

Working on our platinum assembly and installation service, the successful candidates will need to demonstrate exceptional customer service, a great attitude and a flexible, positive outlook.

We need you to hold the correct licences for 7.5 Tonne, as well as full CPC training and a digital tachograph card.
