Customer Support Advisor - Wigan (WN5)

Job Introduction

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do which is why our motto is to ‘make them feel special’. As a member of our in-house customer services team, you’ll be able to support our customers, delivering nothing but exceptional service every single day.

Role Responsibility

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound and making outbound calls to Customers and Clients
  • Providing first class service on a wide-range of queries
  • Using various platforms that will include telephony, email or social media
  • Providing first time resolution and escalating complaints as appropriate
  • Updating systems following Customer contact

Working hours

Our service Centre operates between 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 4:30pm on a Saturday. Various shifts are available with the ability to work additional overtime.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally you will have previous customer service experience, you will be enthusiastic, friendly and a team player with a passion for delivering a first-class professional service.  You will need to be computer literate; however, all training will be provided for our in-house systems.  

 

Package Description

  • Basic hourly rate of £8.72

There is no requirement to wear a uniform – we have a smart casual approach in our office. You’ll also see our wonderful Executive Team most days, including our CEO who will always pop in to say hello!
