ArrowXL are excited to announce that we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our hardworking team in Carrickfergus, playing a vital role supporting our Transport and Warehouse teams with various clerical activities, whilst contributing to the day-to-day running of the depot.

Role Responsibility

Working under the direction of our Customer Care Manager, and with full training, your responsibilities will include;

• Compile and report accurate data to send to our valued clients
• Operate a planning tool to create driver routes
• Regularly communicate with our Delivery crews to ensure they successfully deliver to our customers and resolve issues that may occur day to day
• Gather information with regards to driver delays and reasons for late deliveries
• Produce driver packs and support the debrief of crews upon their return to the depot
• Monitor and record any returned orders that come back to the depot
• Perform regular audit checks, which will include reconciling stock against recorded information (this will involve working within the warehouse environment)
• Working on our Warehouse Management System to control stock
• Support our customers/clients with a wide range of queries over the phone and via email

The Ideal Candidate

With the amount of applications expected for this position, we will only be able to proceed forward with applications who match our essential requirements stated below:

• Strong MS Office (Word and Excel) knowledge
• Experience of working within an Administrative role
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent time management and ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Team player
• Excellent standards of communication; both written and verbal.

Package Description

• 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Working hours will be 10:00 to 17:00, with flexibility required (as there may be opportunities for you to work overtime when needed)
• Basic hourly rate of £9.34
