As our Brand & Marketing Executive, you'll contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote the ArrowXL range of products & services which are centred around 2-Person home delivery and the provision of storage and fulfilment solutions. This is a varied role, which includes:

Main Responsibilities
Working closely with stakeholders across the business and the Sales Director, you will develop the ArrowXL marketing strategy and brand image.
Your role will include:
- Responsibility for creating, implementing and developing a contact and activity plan that works across all social media channels
- Monitor and report on the success of campaign activity across our social media channels & how this compares to our key competitors
- Develop and maintain the ArrowXL website including all content, ensuring the site remains up to date and in line with the business objectives.
- React promptly to BCP requirements or seasonal pressure to mitigate impact on all relevant voice and email communication channels
- Design and produce company marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, exhibition stands and leaflets
- Working with the relevant departments to showcase the business at industry exhibitions as an exhibitor or work with the relevant departments to ensure they maximise their full potential as a visitor. You will ensure that marketing materials are available and on brand
- Working in collaboration with our external PR team and internal stakeholders to create press releases, industry articles, through leadership posts/opinions and to apply for local, regional and national awards
- Bring vision and brand to life by delivering highly engaging campaigns & be responsible for ensuring company branding is clean and consistent throughout the business both internally and externally
- Support the Executive and SLT teams on the production and delivery of business presentations, conferences, and other group activity
- Ensure all activities and strategies both internally and externally develop and protect the ArrowXL brand image
- Work with stakeholders throughout the business (i.e. Health and Safety, HR & People Services) to assist in branding and circulation guidance across web, social and in printed media
- Monitor all social media channels and shared inboxes for brand related contact and risk & directing communications to the appropriate resource
- Support marketing initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing channels such as social media, content marketing, email & events
- Source, select and negotiate products for use by the Sales team and wider business to promote the ArrowXL brand to potential clients and monitor the usage of this type of collateral throughout the year
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate for the role will have the following skills and experience:
- 2:1 degree in marketing, advertising/branding, digital media or similar
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Competency using Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of front-end web design and content creation including styling, usability, and accessibility
- Ability to use Adobe CC at an intermediate level
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Content Management Systems desirable but not essential
- Working knowledge of social media uses, strategies and measurement of impact
- Good awareness and consideration of budgets
- Strong writing skills at both a formal and informal level
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Interpersonal skills – ability to communicate and build relationships effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Good presentation skills
- Aptitude for organisation – ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects to ensure timely delivery, including managing the relevant stakeholders and approval processes
- Strong decision-making skills, as well as a willingness to own and resolve any problems or issues
