ArrowXL is now recruiting for 7.5 Tonne Trunker Drivers to join our supportive transport team, situated at our Norwich site. We operate a Job and Finish scheme to promote a healthy work-life balance. Role Responsibility

Reporting to the Transport Shift Manager, your duties will include:

• Trunking vehicles from our home depot to satellite depots
• Ensure security of the load
• Adhering to EU driving regulations and RT Working time directive compliance
• Complying with ArrowXL’s policies and procedures
• Following all accident and defect reporting procedures
• Work in partnership with other departments in ArrowXL
• Full responsibility and care for your vehicle
• Checking receipt of all relevant paperwork
• Working as a team
• Informing the depot of any delays
• Representing ArrowXL to the highest standard

The Ideal Candidate

A Trucker Driver will demonstrate exceptional customer service, a great attitude and a flexible, positive outlook. 

It is essential to hold the correct licences for 7.5 Tonne, as well as full CPC training and a digital tachograph card.

Package Description

• £10.42 basic hourly rate plus a variable shift allowance
• Working hours: 20:00 - 04:00
• 45 hours per week over 5 days (minimum guaranteed)
• Job and Finish, so guaranteed pay until the end of your shift if your work is completed earlier
• Overtime and extra shifts are available and paid at time and a half
• Free onsite JAUPT accredited internal Driver CPC training saving you over £200 every year
